Summer of '77 Mural

Far from the cross-generational cultural phenomenon it is today, Star Wars was just a summer blockbuster when this mural was painted.  No doubt originally painted to attract kids to a nearby ice cream stand, this Darth Vader has stood the though the decades since.   The "blade" of the lightsaber was yellow until 2007 when it was repainted to reflect its accurate film color red.
