Barra Hall Park

This Edwardian municipal park is one of the most attractive in the borough. It consists of Barra Hall, one a major house and associated grounds. The site had passed ownership throughout the 18th and 19th centuries before being bought by the then Hayes urban district council in 1923.the main building was the town hall until 1960s. The park has been at the heart of local life for decades.
