This memorial is dedicated to the Veterans of Trafalgar Township who served in WW1, WW2 and the Korean War. The large arch is inspired by the original grand entrance of the Trafalgar Memorial Hall that used to stand on the corner of Trafalgar and Dundas. Many of the materials to build the new Memorial were salvaged from the original building.
