In Honor Of Scots Irish Settlers

Stone marker placed in honor of early Scots Irish Settlers who traveled the Great Wagon Road to "The Garden of the Waxhaws". This area was once home to the Waxhaw Indians, later home to settlers coming down from Northern colonies. President Andrew Jackson spent his childhood nearby.
