Replace Obama with Sandy Thompson

Sandy Thompson was the weather reporter on Fort Wayne's Channel 15 News for 23 years. In October 2010, the station did not renew her contract. This action upset many Fort Wayne residents, and resulted in the populist neighborhood signs on the city's South Central neighborhoods, which have stood for years now. The red umbrellas on some of the signs refer to the trademark red umbrellas that she had when reporting the weather during rain.
