Iconic entry façade of an historic mansion in Newburyport, MA. The house was built in 1806 by Captain William Hoyt and sold to Frank T. Morrill in the 1880s. Mayor Gayden Wells Morrill, the home's namesake, occupied this house from 1886 to 1948. Morrill Place currently operates as a bed and breakfast.
