Historic Landmark The East End Streetcar Barn, was home to the early public transportation system for East Liverpool and vicinity from 1909 to 1939. The last streetcar returned to the barn at 11:30 p.m. July 10th, 1939. Memorial presented by the Car Barn Heathens, located on the corners of Pennsylvania Ave and Dewey St., East End, East Liverpool Ohio.
