Lafayette Place Monument (East)

Monument built in 2000. The Lafayette Place neighborhood was established in 1915 and is on the National Record of Historic Neighborhoods.At the time it was built,the only other neighborhood designed like it was in New Orleans.A streetcar track used to go through the middle of the neighborhood.
