Japanese Buoy Memorial at Port Allen

A powerful ocean earthquake by Japan sent a powerful tsunami which sent debris across the ocean. This buoy was blasted across the ocean from Japan's nearby waters, all the way to the island of Kauai in the state of Hawaii. The buoy was salvaged and put on display with an explanation in both English and Japanese.
