Harmon Park

On September 30th 1921, Harmon dedicated what wad called one of the finest small community parks in the U.S. After newsreel cameras recorded the parade of citizens to Harmon park, a bronze monument with his likeness was unveiled. He pledged"a national movement" to create small town parks. Harmon would build 119 parks in 32 states.
