Tea House Remains

Perched on the hills behind Furnace Creek Inn, this historic structure was built in the 1930s as a place for the Inn's predominantly Chinese staff to enjoy their tea time. It was later used by guests as well, but the elements have since taken their toll. It is still a popular hike, and provides a spectacular view of Death Valley.
