Borough Boundary Plaque

This is a cast iron borough boundary plaque placed between 1840 and 1845. It reads: 'Borough of Limerick. 3 & 4 " Victoria Chap, 108 & 109 Martin Honan Esqr. Mayor 1842'. Four of these are known to have survived till the present day in different parts of Limerick.
