Liverpool Castle Great Hall
Bolton, United Kingdom
Lord leverhulmes reconstruction of the ruins of liverpool castle. Built at this spot as it reminded Lord Lever hulme of spot where the actual castle in Liverpool stood and was intended to replicate it's ruins. It was sadly never completed due to his death. Many parts through vandalism and health and safety concerns have been removed over the year's such as the winding staircases in the tower's. It provides stunning panoramic views over rivington lower reservoir and to the north of rivington pike the terraced gardens, winter hill TV mast and the moors above rivington and horwich.
