Named in honor of Margate's first Parks and Recreation Director. His vision as a professional public servant determined the course of activity and passive recreation program development in this community. From 1971 through his retirement in 1995. George Mudd brought joy, smiles, and laughter to the residence he served and people with whom he worked.
