It's Garut historical architecture called "gazebo". Built in 1813's, Babancong used as a stage for authorities in delivering their speech to the crowd. Indonesia's 1st President, on this Babancong, Soekarno had made a speech and called Garut as "Diamonds City" designation for its beautiful natural scenic, fresh air, clean and neatly arranged.
