HbW - Église Catholique D'Horbourg-Wihr
Horbourg-Wihr, France
The Catholic Church was first destroyed in 1593, then it was rebuilt in 1594 by architect Heinrich Schickhardt. Under the Dukes of Wurtemberg, the sanctuary is Protestant. Then, it is used by both communities, Catholic and Protestant. In 1897, a new church in neo-gothic style was built at the current location by architect Von Tugginer, ending the common use by the two communities.
