Robert "Buddy" Harris 1953 - 2002

A member of the 1975 NCAA division 3 national 5th place cross country team buddy was an outstanding intercollegiate runner at this university from 1972 to 1976. The mens varsity race of the annual cross country Invitational is dedicated to his memory . The one mile mark of the u mass Dartmouth cross country course recognizes buddies running accomplishments and the lasting friendships fostered throughout his life
