This locomotive was donated to the town of level by the Western Sugar Company in November 1986. It was one of a fleet of over a dozen small 0-4-0 T Saddletank Switcher or "Dinkies" owned by Great Western Sugar Company. And was used to move railroad cars of sugar beets from the factory yards to the factory what hoppers to be unloaded.
