Park of the Valiant

The Park of the Valiant was built in 1938 by the power plant. Surrounded by a brick walkway, the center of attraction for all ages was the park's beautiful fountain that was illuminated at night with colored lights. The fountain in the park was rejuvenated in 1993 for the power plant's 100th anniversary. The fountain is Chambersburg's third working fountain.
