Betty Easley served as a Public Service Commissioner from 1989 - 1992. Commissioner Easley also served 14 years in the Florida House of Representatives and received the Allen Morris Award for most effective committee in 1981. She was the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs in the Office of the Governor and was Assistant Secretary of State.
