Honorable Ricky Bordallo Statue

Convicted of corruption by the federal government, instead of turning himself in to go to federal prison, Governor Bordallo chained himself to the statue of Chief Quiphua in Hagatna and shot himself. The Governor's complex is named for him and a statue was erected in his honor by his wife Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo.
