This monument is dedicated to the veterans of the American Civil War, and all the veterans of the past, present, and future times. Also to the defense workers and all who contributed to the advancement of our country and those who preserve the freedom and prospect of our great nation. With appreciation to the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania Free and Accepted Masons, the Shrine and all masonic brethren, The American Legion, AMVETS, VFW, and citizens of the White Haven area whose contributions made this monument possible.
