12-mile Circle Stone Monument 2 1/2 Miles

Delaware's Northern border with Pennsylvania is formed by a 12-mile Circle with the center point being the Courthouse in New Castle, DE. The first stone in this arc is the arc Corner stone monument. Every half mile along the 12 mile Circle, there is a stone marker. This Stone marks the 2.5 mile marker for the circle. This stone marker can be reached along the White Clay Creek boundary trail.
