World famous steakhouse, working ranch, and private zoo. In 1969 German immigrant Dieter Gerzymisch moved his horse ranch to Indian Cliffs from Hueco Tanks after it became a state park. By 1973 his ranch became so popular that he needed to setup a restaurant to feed his guests. Dieter's philosophy was to always provide "Good Food!" and still picks the beef they sell every week.
