Park was dedicated to honor the miners of the past ad present, future and their families who will be forever linked to the history of Grant County. Miners labor, serve their country &sacrifice working in a dangerous profession to provide a better life for their families. Many have lost their lives in these mines. With this park, we honor them so they will never be forgotten.
