Morris County Civil War Monument

(Front): Erected by the people of Morris County, to perpetuate the memory of her soldiers and sailors, who fell during the great Civil War. (Back of Monument): In honor of our heroic dead, who fell martyrs for Union and Liberty. Right Side): A grateful County mourns the loss of those who fell in her defence. (Left Side): Their memory shall never fade, who fall in a just cause.
