The historic Pence Automobile Company building, built in 1920, was recently renovated by Family HealthCare in 2012. Family HealthCare is a nonprofit clinic providing medical and dental care to everyone in the F/M area, but also removes barriers by offering care to uninsured individuals as well as the homeless population. This building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
