Jade Donaldson Clubhouse

For over four decades, Jade Donaldson was a member of the Rockport Townies. During that time he was an All-star Player, Coach, Manager, General Manager, League Official and Member of the International Town Twilight League Hall of Fame. Always colorful, and always competitive, to many Jade WAS the Rockport Townies. A fixture at Evans Field every Sunday night, Jade coached the team and later served as general manager and president. Jade did more than play and coach for the Townies. He was as beloved teacher and coach in Rockport Public Schools for well over thirty years. He was a true presence in the halls of RHS, as many of his former colleagues and students can attest. He was an avid golfer and lover of life, but it was at this field where his heart belonged. "PLAY BALL".
