Gaya Street Fountain

Erratic in its operation, the fountains speak of a time when the main thoroughfare in the oldest part of town was converted into a pedestrian zone. It didn't last, as too many local businesses along Gaya Street needed the convenience of vehicular transportation for their goods. And so the implementation was scrapped, leaving the fountains, and dreams of more sedate times.
