Built in 1910, first housed guesthouse 'Grand Hotel'. During the German occupation in 1941-1944 was a concentration camp hospital. After the war converted into a medical school. In August 1960, medical school was closed and the house was handed over to the School of Cultural Education (previously located in Tallinn).
