Monument of tsunami victims of maldives. 88 people were killed and 24 reported missing and presumed dead after it was hit by a Tsunami caused by the indian ocean earthquake on 26 December 2004. Each globe represents an island damaged or beond repair and each bar represents a missing or dead victim.
