NEUTRAL
Doneraile Court
Doneraile, Ireland
This manor house is at the heart of a 166ha (410 acres) demesne the former seat of St. legers viscounts of doneraile (~1690s, 1969). St. Legers held the Munster presidency on behalf of the english kings and doneraile indeed used to be munster's supreme legal court, whence the name doneraile court. The current shape of the house is largely due to a radical renovation performed between 1820 and 1880, yet it probably had been St. Legers seat ever since 1690s (first finished in 1725). while the house is presently vacant, the office of public works has imminent plans for turning it into an exhibition place.
