The Old Trim Store

This building, Trim's store, built in 1881 by John Trim, enlarged and rebuilt in 1911 by his son John Joseph Trim, was renovated and rebuilt in 1993 for the Society of St Vincent De Paul with Financial Assistance from the Heritage Council of NSW and Armidale City Council. It was officially opened by Pax Trim on 21st August 1993 and blessed by Most Reverend Kevin Manning, D.D. In 1994 Trim's Store was awarded the Armidale Heritage Special Award for Outstanding Achievement.
