St Hugh's Church

St Hugh's Church (not St Hughes) is known locally as the "iron church" because it was originally a corrugated iron building built in 1895. Funds were raised by the congregation to replace this with the present building in 1940. It is an active Anglican church which has services every Sunday morning.
