History of Camp Norval
Halton Hills, Canada
Camp Norval, a summer camp for 96 boys aged 8-15, opened in 1928. It comprised 80 acres of fields and woodlands. The camp lands were sold by the YMCA in 1988 and later acquired by the Town of Halton Hills in 1998. The only remaining features are some concrete footings, the sundial, and pool filter tanks. Portal is obscured from overhead view by the tree canopy.
