The statue of "The Practical and Scientific Farmer" originally welcomes visitors and students at the CLSU Main Gate until moved here at the main road leading to the CLSU's College of Agriculture. It is said that gold bullions were found in the belly of the original water buffalo statue of the sculptural ensemble.
