The Back Forty
Evanston, United States
At the height of the the oil boom of the 1980s in Evanston, the restaurant at this location was know as The Back Forty. Since then it has had many different owners, and many different names. But one thing has remained the same; this iconic piece of equipment. Though the restaurant sits empty now, this contraption still draws a lot of views from people driving by, and reminds the locals of the glory days of Evanston.
