The Cathedral of Kilmacduagh

aka Templemore Macduagh, first built in the 11th century. This had been the cathedral church of the Kilmacduagh infulated abbot (technically a bishop) ever since 1152, when the monastery rose to such richess and importance that it formed its own diocese, until 1744, when it got merged with the diocese of Kilfenora.
