This crowned reposing effigy is of Conor O'Brian, King of Munster, a great benefactor of the monastery and Cistercians in Munster, a grandson of the founder Donal Mor O'Brien (aslo King of Munster). This is the best known of several high quality Corcomroe gravestones and effigies and is located in the North side of the Choir under a flat gravestone effigy of an abbot.
