Wunsche Bros. Saloon and Hotel

This structure exhibits typical turn-of-the-century commercial detailing and is Spring's oldest existing commercial building on its original site. It was built to accommodate railroad workers in 1902 by one of Spring's earliest families, The Wunsches, who came from Germany in 1846. The building was added to the National Registry of Historic Places and designated a Texas Historic Landmark in 1984.
